We had a fantastic family experience enjoying the beautiful Victorian setting of the lodge. The walk through the nearby woods and seeing deer was a highlight for our kids. Plus, the Thanksgiving meal was simply delicious—an amazing treat for all of us.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more staff members would ease the dining experience for families. It was a bit overwhelming at times.

The Lodge At Cloudcroft showcases charming historic architecture, with cozy common areas and elegant decorations that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The accessible ramps make it easier for seniors to enjoy every part of this delightful retreat.

the lodge offers a beautiful stay in the high altitude mountains of new mexico. our king room was comfortable, and the dinner was exceptional. the breakfast was decent, but the service stood out. the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the chill atmosphere. Their breakfast was tasty, but the dinner options felt kinda limited. I was really hoping for something more exciting on the menu. Overall, a nice spot for a peaceful escape!

We had a fantastic night, exploring the tower and enjoying the unique and historic vibe! The fireplace in the room made for a cozy evening as we played board games. Plus, the pistachio-crusted steak was a good surprise!

The atmosphere of this place is truly captivating and gives you a sense of stepping back in time. Our kids loved exploring the unique tower, and the overall charm of the location made the visit special. The dinner we had was exceptional, which made up for some hiccups in service at the bar and restaurant. While the staff could use some more training, the character of this destination is definitely noteworthy.

We enjoyed many board games from the library and visited the International Space Hall of Fame. Rooms were comfy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and fun. If you’re looking for a chill getaway, this is it!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was pretty slow during our stay, which made it tough to plan day trips.

Spacious and comfy Superior Queen Room with nice furnishings. I loved having a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had free toiletries and soft towels. Enjoyed the gorgeous lobby with cozy seating by the fireplace. The pool looked stunning at night. There’s also a hot tub and spa services available. Overall, a great stay!

my recent stay exceeded my previous visits to cloudcroft with its stunning mountain views and cozy atmosphere. the room was charming, featuring three windows that opened to a beautiful view of fir trees. i truly enjoyed playing board games by the fireplace, making it a relaxing getaway.
